Hi Kelly..she didn't have calf pain but she does have pre-existing blood clots (a rather large one in her pelvis and one in her left leg)..no dyspnea(just pressure and discomfort in her chest and gurgling respirations for a couple minutes before coughing up blood). Chest x-ray showed nothing in particular..she is seeing her oncologist today so will find out more about what is happening later today some time. I doubt very much if she will have anything extensive as far as investigations done into this..she is of the opinion that if she were to have a clot "hit home" it would probably be the best thing to happen to her and save her a lot of suffering. Not that I wish that to happen but I can certainly understand her point of view.
