fran...yes...it was a mesh stent that reminds me of those finger puzzles you get at carnivals...stick your fingers in and pull..it gets tighter...anyway, they used it to go in through oan endoscope through the stomach...no incisions...i understand it is a relatively new procedure and we had to go to a large hospital for a g i specialist to perform it.....good luck..pam h
