Jim.P I too am new to this board. My Dad is a survivor and will beat all the stats they can throw at us, because he wants to!!! Dad is an awesome man who had surgery Stage IV P.C. with mets to the liver. They took out his spleen, part of his liver and alot of the pancrease. We have a road ahead of us but we are doing it as a family. This board has been an awesome resource. Keep reading everyday. I also found a group called HOPE, they put you in touch with a cancer survivor that has beat the odds. P.C. survivors name is JOHN. Very nice man! Read the bios on this board, here's a few that I have posted next to my computer: ELLEN HMellissa Yazman, Paul Lester, Randy Stein, Neelie, Monique. These are just a few. Good-Luck and keep your head-up. By the way Happy Birthday,Celebrate everything! Ollie
