I am familiar with them. If they are giving her blood thinners that is a good start. I know that there are stent type devices that are mesh that they can insert, but not sure if they can do it depending on where the clot is.

I would ask her doctor for more information it is curious that she is still short of breath, that would make me want to look into it further. Best wishes.
