Pancreas Cancer Web
My beautiful was 85 when she was diagnosed with PC. She lived a full and
healthy life. She was losing weight fast and just seemed to have no energy,
on June 5, 2008 she checked into the hospital for weakness. Within 5 days
they diagnosed her with pancreatic cancer(60 days max). They sent her home
with hospice. She did have a little discomfort the first few days but seened
to be feeling ok. Never did regain her strength. Because of her age and her
own wishes nothing special was done. She started sweeling, diarhhea and
nausea on the 27th of June and by Monday, the 30th she was gone. I am
thankful it all went fast for her, however, I miss her everyday and am so sad
she didn't have the opportunity for treatment.
