My mother has been diagnosed with "probable pancreatic cancer"--decided against chemo/radidiation and is not a "surgical candidate" according to her doctors. She has been experiencing abdominal cramping withextreme amounts of gas whether she has a stool or not. She is takingImmodium to help with the cramping and gas and it has slowed thecramping down to a tolerable level. She goes for another CT scan of the abdomen next week to see if they can visualize anything. The onedone in February did not show any identifiable tumors, just suggestions of problems in the pancreas.Don't know if this will help you, but thought I would respond.I wish you the best in this terrific fight.Carol
