I'm so sorry Kenny that you are going through this. My father had a klatskin
tumor as well. It isn't fun I know. You feel like you are desperately
searching for an answer to fix your problem. It's like an alien living inside
your mom really. I do know that my father found a local doc to administer the
chemo at a University hospital so he could get into trials. He had some
success at the beginning. He took CPT-11 Epirubison and Xeloda to start. He
was in remission for a long time after that. When the tumors returned, he
tried Gemzar. It never had any effect at all.
The best thing to do is find support. A friendly group here or on
cholangiocarcinoma.org that will help you on your journey.
Best wishes and sometimes - even the doctors have told us this - what makes
you live the longest is belief that you can and will live longer. Don't give
