I'm so sorry Kenny that you are going through this. My father had a klatskin tumor as well. It isn't fun I know. You feel like you are desperately searching for an answer to fix your problem. It's like an alien living inside your mom really. I do know that my father found a local doc to administer the chemo at a University hospital so he could get into trials. He had some success at the beginning. He took CPT-11 Epirubison and Xeloda to start. He was in remission for a long time after that. When the tumors returned, he tried Gemzar. It never had any effect at all. The best thing to do is find support. A friendly group here or on cholangiocarcinoma.org that will help you on your journey.

Best wishes and sometimes - even the doctors have told us this - what makes you live the longest is belief that you can and will live longer. Don't give up hope.
