My mom (age 76) recently had the whipple operation. When they operated they found some cancer spots on her liver which they removed. She is still in the hospital. I and my siblings are wondering how to help her after she leaves the hospital. She lives by herself, and we would like to help her keep her independence. Will she be able to keep living alone or will she need someone to live with her? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?
