My husband is on GTX (3rd cycle) and tolerating it well. No nausea, hair actually coming back from the Gemzar-Cisplatin he had last, but poor/no appetite and taste changes. ALSO, the side and back pain has dissipated so nicely that he's almost only taking ibuprofin (instead of oxycodone) for breakthrough pain and for a couple days actually forgot his extended-released oxycodone/contin.
