Wanted to share with some of you what Tom and I have been working on since June. We bought this little fixer upper house in a great area of Vero Beach Florida. Our plan was to fix it and flip it so we could eat LOL for another year. But the Real Estate market is so bad that I had to come up with another plan. I have been garage sale shopping, Good Will hunting, and ect ect to find things to furnish this home for a Seasonal Rental. Its done!

Our plan has been to try to benefit Pancreatic Cancer Research with it. There really is NO profit on this house as our expenses outway anything we could make on it, but we are going to donate to Pancreatic Cancer Research (Pancan.org in rememberance of Carol(Texas) and JHU and Lustgarten by rotation 10% of our rental income less our utilities (not our mortgage, taxres and insurance as there would be no profit to donate lol).

We our cash poor and it has always bothered me that I can not commit to a donation for PC - so this is what I can do. Of course we are still trying to sell this house because we need the money to live. But we have another one that we are going to do the same thing with next year and we are hoping that we can continue this year after year.

So visit the site at Vacation Rentals.com and put in rental # 24620 and take a peak! A lot of the furniture is stuff I found on the side of the road and painted or refinished! Some was donated by friends of mine and lots came from garage sales and Good Will. I made most of the stuff in this house! Tom put in that beautiful kitchen and flooring.

For anyone of you dealing with PC, you can come down and we can give you a big discount as long as you make a donation to Pancreatic Cancer Research, of your choice.

We can do this as long as we are healthy and feeling well. I have a scan in a few weeks and I am worried about it a bit,but I always do worry about it. I will post more on that when the time gets closer. I am worried about that lung nodule and almost dont'want to get the scan.

Love MG
