8.000 and you aren't gonna make it???? More details please! I assume you mean your 19.9. Mine is currently 19,000. I have failed 3 chemos and am in a clinical trial and 2 oncs have told me my disease is stable and I am NOT TERMINAL right now (even w/liver mets). I saw my regular onc yesterday and we discussed 4 (!!!!) treatment options should the clinical trial drug stop working, including going back to previously successful chemos that I have been off for a while.

8,000 is elevated but not thru the roof. Some people are over 100,000 when they are diagnosed. Have you had a recent scan? What chemo are you on? Can you go somewhere for a second opinion? Are you having any complications?
