It's best to always get a second, and perhaps even 3rd or 4th, opinion with
the potential of this cancer. Many Dr's and medical centers are not very
familiar with it. Try to find a medical center that does have experience and
especially a surgeon with CC (cholangiocarcinoma) experience. It isn't
always the case but when surgery is possible it is the best hope for an
extended quality of life.
Best wishes. It's a difficult path but with courage and endurance you may be
able to find help.
