The most important thing Tom or anyone can do for himself is get his stomach acids under control,or ballanced.Megace has been shown to increase the chances of tumor growth. It's not unusual for meds to cause you more problems than you already have, most of them are to make you comfortable not to cure. Most antacids can interfer with digestion when all you need is to eat something simple to ballance the acid.Freds vitamin program along with some fresh raw vegies or fruits will do the trick in most cases. If you haven't put it off to long or didn't catch it early enough.Peace
