I believe there are all different 'types' of radiation, but to answer your question about the type we are speaking about in adjuvant treatments (aimed, I believe, at the bed of the pancreas), then the answer is no. To the best of my knowledge, you can only have radiation once in that area. The 'bed' is a common site for reoccurrance.
