My mother used oxygen when she rested/napped and when she slept. She loved it and felt it gave her energy. It definitely helped her as she had a feeling of shortness of breath (I think due to ascites) before using oxygen. She also had had a few times where anxiety made her feel shortness of breath. The oxygen solved both of those feelings. Claudia
