Just my 2 cents but I would certainly start taking her good food and back off on the fats! Fat triggers the liver to produce bile, not what you need right now. Lots of arguments out there for different diets, I personally followed Chinese medicine recomendations but have recently added back more fat and some animal protien to gain some weight. I'm almost 4 years post surgery however. Whatever you choose it's hard to go wrong making sure there are enough fruits and vegatables. She may need veggies steamed for a while to help w/ digestion.

One more thought is to make sure she hasn't developed Cholangitis. Not uncommon with these surgeries and she seems to have had a number of other infections.
