Cindy - your message is very important to all care givers, short term and especially long term. You become so focused on your loved ones health that you forget to take care of 'YOU' - mind, body and spirit.

Sometimes, that may mean asking for help or relief so you can have some 'space' to just chill out, rest, and not be running at 1000 miles an hour. We all know it's easier said than done but you still need to make the time to keep yourself well and whole.
