Not to be a overly alarmist but rising markers can mean a return even if they don't show up on a CT/PET scan. There can be peritonal mets in the stomach cavity under 1 mm that will not show. Is there an increase in pain, or a decrease in eating or more weight loss? Symptoms also need to go hand in hand with cluing in to the dx.

As far as Sloan goes....sometimes you have to find the right set of docs. And sometime larger intstitutions don't have them. I am not from NY but many NYers on this board find more help at Columbia Pres, or with with Dr Bruckner.
