On 4/28 at 9:14 there was a post about a website showing ports. This is the kind of port I have and all that patients at Oregon Health and Science Univeristy have. There is nothing outside of the body so you can swim and do anything and there is no risk of infection. The site shows what the port looks like from the outside after healed--at can be used the day of or day after being implanted--and pictures of the needle that is used to access.
