Drink plenty of fluids to flush out toxins and keep kidneys functioning properly.

Dermaplex Dog Shampoo at the Pet Shop, $11.00 a bottle and it has aloe vera and tea tree oil. Works well on the head and face to wash hair with and let it run down face and chest and rinse off.
Aveeno moisturizing shower wash and don't scrub your skin. Use warm water and when you get out of the shower blot your skin dry.
EXTREMELY DRY, CRACKED SKIN
Lukewarm soaks in Epsom Salts twice a day and Neosporin ointment for open wounds with Band-Aids.
