Hang in there Angie. I went through a depression a couple weeks ago. I don't know what brought it on, but i know it didn't do me, my girls, or Richard any good. This disease is so difficult to deal with. On one hand your heart breaks for the patient, and on the other, you are worn out both emotionally and physically being the care giver. I am exhausted when I go to bed. Then all the holiday cheer doesn't help matters either./ Doesn't it get you when masses of people are concerned simply with what present to buy when we are concerned with life and death issues. For me I allowed myself to wallow for a weekend, then picked myself up by the proverbial bootstraps and found the inner strength to go on with the battle, go on being strong for Richard and my girls.Sometimes it is comforting to know that others are feeling the same way as you. Don't be too hard on yourself Hang in there. My good thoughts and prayers are with yoiu and your family,PamG
