My dad was diagnosed in July with islet cell carcinoma. I've posted here before but always under the alias of Brenda. I was scared my father would see my posts (he was researching too) and know what I've talked to the dr's about. Well, it's been down hill since the 10th of Nov when he checked himself out of the hospital, but since 7:30pm last nite he's really going down hill fast. I'm really surprised he's lasted till now (11am). He's got chest congestion that he's hacking up, and is lucid only about 1min out of every half hour. What should I expect? I'm having one of my good moments right now where I'm not a wreck. What can I do?I've got relatives (and my bro) flying in this afternoon. He hasn't been told that he's dying. He's asked what's going on, and what's up..but we haven't told him. What do we do? Heather
