Yes - water is very important to stay hydrated and to wash the toxins from the body. Additionally, into my dad's chemo regiment, they were having a harder and harder time finding a vein. They told him to drink extra water the day before a chemo treatment and to have a hot beverage prior to going in the day of chemo. This seemed to help expand his veins some...
