I wish you the best with your second opinion. I hope you will let me know what they say. I was diagnosed at the end of May and these guys are supposed to be good, so I didn't get another opinion. Now I'm wondering if I should have, so I'll really be anxious to hear what you say. Sounds like we are similar, not only in diagnosis, but in the way we are feeling. I They told me I had 3-6 months, but I'm now going into month #8 and I feel just fine. I have some fatigue, but no problems with the treatments ---maybe slight nausea, but they give you medication for that (which I hardly ever need to take.) No weight loss, no pains. The Tarceva made my face brekk out at first, but that went away after a week or two. So, I'm learning to enjoy what I have right now, and trying not to borrow trouble from the future.
