I have shoulder and arm pain and it is associated with my blood clotts in my port line (or just above it, not sure). I had a doppler done a long time ago and they found what they called a necklace of blood clots. I still have them and if I dont manage my Cumadin regularly my shoulder and arm pain will come back. I can't wash my back or put my arm behind me as it hurts to bad. I watch it for swelling because sometimes the arm swells a little, almost not noticable, but I can see it. Does he have a port?
