My mom has had should pain from the beginning. Her doctor has told her it is because of where her tumor in her pancreas is. It is protruding up into her diaphram and to the top of her stomach (which she also has a spot of cancer in her stomach). But her shoulders constantly ache. One of the other reasons she hurst is because her stomach does not work properly and she does not empty the contents due to the lack of enzymes. Gas begins to build up and she stays miserable until she is empty again. I hope to get a prescription soon for enzymes....I hear it will help. Pain meds also help.
