If you type in SHOULDER on the search button, you will see many posts about shoulder pain. It does seem to be one of the symptoms of PC that many have even at diagnosis. Here is a post Erick wrote about shoulder pain.

The pain can also generate from the liver into the shoulder and right arm. It is often called deferred pain. take a look into duragesic patches, or mild dialudid (spelling is off here) and talk to your doctor and get with a pain management specialist or anatheseologist.

good luck!
