Well, I'm glad you asked. I'm an R.D. (registered dietitian) and I have to say I agree with the message posted just above mine. You should concertrate on getting calories in your body to help prevent weight loss, and in doing that, eat what ever you tolerate best. It's true that very high fat items may cause more discomfort, but some people may be able to tolerate them. My dad had PC and the one thing he liked best was Boost (a nutrition drink made by Mead-Johnson). Sometimes he diluted it with whole milk, and sometimes he mixed in ice cream. It's important to try keeping your nutrition intake up through out cancer treatment, as much as possible to help reduce other problems.
