If you have pc and are trying to gain weight or prevent weight loss, I'd say anything that you can eat that helps is ok, although high fat things (like whole milk) tend to not be good for people with pc because of digestion problems... but if it works for you... Soy products in general are easy to digest but soy milk can be high in fat so you might look for low-fat ones. If you're looking for easy-to-digest sources of protein I'd also recommend tofu (again, buy low fat) - it can be whirred into a fruit smoothie or milkshake - it's very bland and picks right up on whatever flavors you add to it.
