Excess fat is just storage for impurities to accumulate, sooner or later it is going to have to be processed through the liver. When your system is in need of the stored fat and your health is slipping because of liver complications you are adding to the stress on the liver. This can add to infections.Carbs are usually what get stored around your mid section and your caboose.Ballanced nutrition is it,starches, fats, protein and carbs,a ballanced meal.Good fats, such as real butter, virgin olive oil to eat and cook with.Don't over heat the oils.Cut some of the fat off the steak and use butter in it's place. It's not doing without it's substatution.Beign healthy isn't about eating whatever you feel like, although it tastes as good as it sounds. You pay at the toolgate,no matter.I just want to enjoy the scenery along the way as long as I can stretch the ride.Peace
