I'm getting extremely tired of the sugar discussion. It's so difficult to maintain weight in PC and if you try mainly grains, they are extremely low caloric and you would have to eat tons of them to maintain any kind of acceptable caloric intake. Most of us can not tolerate fats - they are the ones which cause diarrhea and cramps. So what on earth are we supposed to eat?? Anyway, all living cells eventually break down pretty much eveything to glucose which is then oxidized to energy. So it can't be that bad. Especially if your blood sugars are always normal. So Edward, I eat anything I have a taste for and can tolerate.
