My name is Tracy H. I am 51. I found out I had PC In April '06.First I had
gallbladder pain. They removed my gallbladder and foung the tumor on my
pancreas. I had a whipple the end of May and had lots of complications. I was
in ICU about 5 weeks. My lungs collapsed and I had a bacterial infection. I
am happy I survied it all. I still get abcesses on my incession 4 months post
op. I have had 1 and a half weeks of radiation and xeloda so far. I am stage
2 and my ca-19 numbers are normal. I am doing all I can to fight this thing.
I plan on being a long time survior!!!
