Hi Ernie, My 63 yr old Aunt is going through PC as well. Her treatment started at University Of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottsville ,Va. She went through 4wks of radiation and oral chemo so as to shrink the tumor and see if they could operate. Well 6wks later they told her they couldnt. I took her to Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD for a second opinion. Because they said they couldnt operate. Well she is now scheduled for surgery the Whipple procedure in mid Sept. GET A SECOND OPINION.. THats my advice to you. I dont know the degree of your PC, so I cant say what they would tell you. But I can tell you. Go for the Second Opinion. I wish you the best. God Bless.

Sincerely, Ann
