yes, you are correct- you may not be covered- however if you are recieving a partial amount- or working on a reduced schedule- you may be entitled- provided that you have satisfied the 6 month waitiing period and can show that you have a loss in income.

In any event- you being at work right now, should be noted and therefore pay attention to the 'onset of your illness' because even though right now you are not eligible for benefits-when you become unable to work you can use the onset of your illness as the date to certify your disability with SSDI.
