Creon is a pancreatic enzyme, much the same as Pancrease, I believe. I take four capsules three times a day. Creon is also in capsules, but I don't find it too unpleasant to swallow. But, with all of the pills I take now, maybe I'm just getting used to them. My prayers to you and your jusband. Marti
