RICHARD PECK UPDATE #1
May 2, 2006 updated information for Richard Peck
See my original Bio above for everything up until 3/17/2006.
I had two four week cycles of GEMZAR beginning 3/6/2006 ending April 17,
2006, with the second week including 100 mg TARCEVA. Virtually no side
effects. CT Scan done at Johns Hopkins 4/24/2006 to check on Gemzar/Tarceva
performance. CT scan results were not good: three new ~2 CM to 2-1/2 CM liver
tumors plus six more new ones around 1 CM size. Also main tumor on pancreas
only grew a small amount, but it invaded the stomach outlet, (GASTRIC
ANTRUM). Gemzar/Tarceva in my view was a 100% failure. I'm now entering my
first clinical trial. I'll keep you all posted on the main page. Round two
