You appear to be a caregiver. I don't want to seem condescending, you touched a nerve in me. My mother-in-law was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I am bracing myself for the worst, where my wife is concerned. Do you know of an organization where I can ask hard questions? I worry that all of the clinical studies just deal with the disease, not the people affected. I have always been a pragmatic man, I don't know where to go from here. C
