Has anyone had any problems with HMO's ?? I wanted my brother to seek an opinion from University of Chicagao..and his HMO told him since the University was NOT in his tricounty area..he was not allowed to get opinions or treatments at that facility..I keep hearing it is very important to deal with oncologists and radiologists that have pancreatic experience..but the HMO's are not co-operating..What can a person do to seek out help from a pamcreatic specialist..if the Primary Care..isn't making sure it is being done?? Thank You ..MJ
