Kymberly: I hope for you Moms sake that they have a Ostomy bag on the fitula. It can drain and will close on its own probably but with badages it is impossibe to keep up with. Irmy had one, One of those bumps in the road I had to learn about after she came home. The Ostomy bag can be drained by your mom or whomever is her caregiver. With antibiotices hers closed back up from the inside out within 1 week. My prayers are with you and your family at this hard time. Hugs Bill
