As I understand it, developing blood clots is common with cancer, and especially with pancreatic cancer. My mother developed blood clots, too, but the doctors couldn't get things under control and she died from a pulmonary embolism. It sounds like you are at least having better success than we did and that your doctors are trying to stay on top of it. I wish I had some magic answers for you, but all I can say is to keep doing what you seem to be doing: stay informed, talk to the doctors, ask every question you can think of, and love and support your dad. Feel free to email me if you need to unload on someone who's been through this. We'll all be thinking of you.
