I know what you are going through. Marti, my wife of 29 years was DX in 10/98 with PC, had the Whipple, Gemzar chemo, radiation & is now back on Gemzar and 5FU. Last CTScan showed the pancraes and lymph nodes are now clear, but two spots on liver and one on lung. We and the Onc are cautiously optimistic. As for our personal lives, this has even made our love even stronger. I will do what ever Marti wants. My job is now secondary (but still need it to pay the bills and for insurance). From reading the postings, I find the one thing most in common among the survivors is POSITIVE THOUGHTS. We are going to do everything in our power to beat this demon cancer. Try reading the BIOs of the survivors, they give a lot of comfort and encouragement. Hang in there, treasure your time with husband, and try to hang on to POSITIVE THOUGHTS. Our prayers are with you (prayers really help). Roy
