So glad that Chuck is willing to continue the treatment. (What a relief for you and an early Christmas present.) And to think he was out snow blowing your neighbors driveway! It is terrific.. (of course very sorry to hear that he slipped).. When Jason had the one CPT 11 with Taxotere treatment, they had him taking decadron the day before treatment and after treatment for a few days.. SO I do hope steroid - predisone will help Chuck this time.

It is great that his oncologist keeps working so well with him!.. I am a bit frustrated that even though Jason has been off Gemcitabine for 5 months (doing other chemo) all of the Dr.'s we have talked to are reluctant to have him try going back to gemcitabine because it had stopped working.. I know from your posts that Chuck has been off and on it in combination. Has his Dr. ever said anything about it? - I am looking for ideas to help me convince them to try it again (maybe after next round.) Thanks -- Again I am just please as punch for you both!!
