Hi Bill, Like any chemo which is a poison of sorts you will find the effects get stronger with continuous treatment. Just remember, no matter how uncomfortable it is worth the treatment. One of the first problems I had was jeans were too rough for my lower legs and also had to watch the the type/softness of shirt sleeves. With summer weather easy enough with shorts and tank tops. If I want long pants for any reason I mainly wear nicer type pj bottoms from Old Navy. Never looked at men's versions but check it out. Just gotta go with the flow. Good luck and my prayers. Carolyn
