Hi, I can first-hand recommend this since it worked so well and so quickly for me with great results. I know part of it is that it was caught soon enough to make a quick difference. I woke up with awful itching in Feb, 2005. Went to immediate care and found it that toxins were backing up into the liver and causing non-infectious hepititus. All they could tell me was there was a blockage. Went in for ultrasound, CT, MRI with same diagnosis. Was sent to a gastrenterologist (he sent me for MRI) and he did an ERCP and put in a temp stent so the toxins could flow properly. It took about five days for that to take effect but the results were great. I actually had energy. Was able to clean my kitchen. For the last few weeks before that I did absolutely nothing except make it to work for maybe an hour or two each day. After that sent to the surgeon (end of Feb, beginning of March) and he said that either pancreatitis or pan cancer. He was going to do the whipple but ended up doing a lesser procedure to reroute permanently the fluids from the bile duct which the 'blockage' was crushing up against. The blockage being the cancer tumor. after about 4 weeks started my chemo on April 10 & 11 and had new CT end of June with the great results. It can be a hard chemo to do. It is intense and I think that is why every 2 weeks. I could not handle without being in bed the whole time every week. But with the results I have even that would have been worth it. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing. My prayers....Carolyn
