Try to get your Dad to another doctor for a second opinion. If he refuses to consider chemotherapy -or even if he changes his mind -he should definitely change his diet. Sugar, white flour and fatty foods are no good for people with PC. It would also be wise to give up coffee. I know from experience how difficult it is to change one's diet, because I have been on a very strict diet since I was diagnosed with inoperable PC in Jan98. There are various alternative therapies available - check these out as well. Good luck.
