Yes you should be concerned and so should the dr.s.. As others have stated, there is no time to waste with pc. Ca19-9, and cea are simple blood tests, as well ask for the liver panel to be run as well. Elevations there can show ducts being blocked to pancreas etc. Def. get an ct or mri with and without contrast. If this dr. isnt doing all this, he needs to get to someone who will take his family history and current medical statis seriously. STAT!!!
