I had my whipple in 03, and every now and then, I post the diet that my registered dietician gave me. If you do a search, you should be able to find it. I'd post it now, but it's on my computer at work.

If the search doesn't work, I will post the diet info on Monday for you. It can take ages for the body to recover from the whipple - sometimes it's more of a new 'normal' than anything...
