I am 99.9% sure that is what Helen told me her mom was being given at the beginning of her treatments. My husband only had gemzar following his whipple. Although I read posts regarding the other chemos, I seem to have this mental block with regard to really learning and understanding them. I attribute this to my constant fear that Charlie will have a reoccurrance and I will be forced to understand. I like being blissfully ignorant.

I will make it a point to ask Helen again to make certain I am giving correct information here.
