If you scroll days gone by - you'll see much discussion on pain. I get into 'advanced pain management.' Where is the pain? Specific (ie not back - but right back from spine acrosss lower ribs. What is it's scale on a 0-10 scale? What are you using for pain control - hot pack, warm tub, massage, various medications OTC and prescribed. Many of the posters have found 'gas pain' an abdominal problem - when was the last BM? are you tracking them daily? Pain management gets very complicated - but we're all working with it to help one another.
