The emotional issues after a whipple are very real. I also found that I did not have one doctor approach or address the issue. In alot of ways I felt that I was in this alone, even though I have family and friends around. I am almost 18 months post-whipple and it does get easier. I do find, like Barbara NZ, that I still worry deep down with any new twitch. Part of me also feels like I am waiting for the day that it inevitably comes back. But I am trying to do my best to live my life and enjoy whatever time I have to see my children grow up. Hang in there.

Anita
